Effective date: April 22, 2026. This page describes how customers can cancel future subscriptions or request changes before food is prepared.
Subscription cancellations
Customers should be able to cancel future subscription renewals before the next billing or preparation cycle.
The exact timing rules should be shown at checkout or in the subscriber account area.
One-time orders
Once a fresh order is prepared or dispatched, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
If cancellation is requested before preparation begins, support may approve the request based on timing and operational status.
Pause, skip, or modify requests
If you plan to offer pauses or skips, the request deadline and submission method should be shown clearly in the subscriber area.
When cancellation is no longer possible, support may offer a replacement, credit, or partial adjustment where appropriate.
